condividere e promuovere gesti, parole, pensieri gentili, 

toni pacati, empatia, cura, attenzione verso l'altro da sé. 

La gentilezza e l'educazione non sono segnali di ipocrisia, 

piuttosto l'unico modo di vivere in armonia

Never as these last yeaars is necessary

to share and promote kind gesture, kind words, kind thoughts, 

calm tones, empathy, care, attention to others. 

Kindness and education are not signs of hypocrisy, 

instead it is the only way to live in harmony
